Storage and Packaging

All the components for this 4 lane 32' Freedom Aluminum Track will neatly fit into a storage case that is only 6" tall x 15" wide x 96" long. You can easily build this case yourself by simply following our step-by-step plans.

The two legs that elevate the first section stay attached to the track and fold down flush for storage.

The track sections are lowered into (and removed from) the case, upside down, with the help of thin straps.
Note how we stapled one end to the lid of the case.

The track shims (whether taped in place or not) separate the track sections within the case.
No other padding or protection is needed.

After all the sections are loaded you still have 2" to store the remaining accessories. We machined this piece of 2" polystyrene foam insulation to neatly accept and protect the components.

Packaging

This same 4 lane 32' Freedom Series Track ships in three rugged compact crates. These crates are made from tough, waterproof, laminated stock. The ends of each crate are stapled to 2" thick lumber that insures there will never be any crushed, nicked, or dinged track ends. Even when shipping during the hectic Christmas season we have never had UPS damage a track.
